Capricorn

Capricorn's November moves between friendships, career talks and quiet planning. With the Sun in your area of friends and groups and Mercury retrograde there, an old friend may reappear or a team plan may need rethinking; the Scorpio New Moon on November 9 can gather you around a new circle or a shared ideal. Venus ends its retrograde on November 14 in your career area, which may help stalled negotiations or relations with a manager warm up again. The Mars-Jupiter conjunction in Leo lands in your area of shared resources and deep commitments, which may enlarge joint projects, along with expectations; the Sun's squares to the pair may ask you to weigh group loyalties against private obligations. As the Sun slips into Sagittarius, a quieter, inward stretch begins. The Gemini Full Moon on November 24 falls in your area of daily work and routines and could push a workload to its busiest point, while the Sun's opposition to Uranus may shuffle your schedule. Saturn, your ruler, is retrograde in your home and family area, and the Sun's trine to it on November 30 may help you strengthen roots at home with patient, practical steps.
