These Terms of Service govern your use of Zodivia (zodivia.com). They set out what we offer, what we ask of you in return, and the limits of our responsibility. Please read them before creating an account.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By visiting Zodivia or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The service is operated under the name Zodivia at zodivia.com by Kadir Güler, a private individual. Where these terms refer to us, we or Zodivia, they refer to that operator, reachable at [email protected].
2. What Zodivia provides
Zodivia publishes horoscope readings for the twelve zodiac signs across daily, weekly, monthly and yearly periods, together with articles on celestial events and general astrology.
Content is editorial. We choose what to publish and when, and we may add, change or withdraw any part of it without notice. Nothing on the site is offered as a personalised assessment of your individual circumstances.
3. Astrological content is not professional advice
Horoscopes, birth-chart readings and related material on this site are published for entertainment and cultural interest. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and no data you enter is assessed by a qualified professional.
Please consult an appropriate specialist before making a decision that affects your health, your legal position or your finances. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you take, and we accept no liability for choices made in reliance on astrological content.
4. Your account
Some parts of the site require an account. When you register you agree to:
- give accurate registration details and keep them up to date;
- keep your password confidential and not share your account with anyone else;
- accept responsibility for everything done through your account;
- tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to it.
You may close your account at any time. Accounts are personal; you may not sell, rent or transfer one to another person.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or systematically download content from the site by automated means;
- republish our readings or articles elsewhere without written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers or administrative areas;
- probe, load-test or interfere with the normal operation of the service;
- use the site to distribute malware, spam or unlawful material;
- remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notice.
We may investigate suspected breaches and take the steps we consider proportionate, including restricting access.
6. Intellectual property
The horoscope texts, articles, interface design, logo and name Zodivia are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may read the content, and share ordinary links to it. You may not reproduce substantial parts of it, present it as your own, or use it to train an automated model without our written permission.
7. Paid features
All content currently published on Zodivia is free to read. Where we offer a paid feature in future, its price, scope and delivery will be set out at the point of purchase, and the purchase will be governed by a separate distance sales agreement and pre-contract information notice in addition to these terms.
Until such an agreement is presented and accepted, no payment obligation arises from these terms.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep Zodivia available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical faults, third-party outages and events outside our control may make the site temporarily unreachable.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time. Where a change removes something you rely on, we will give notice on the site if it is reasonably practicable to do so.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or that puts the security of the service or other users at risk. Where the circumstances allow, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
If your account is closed, the provisions of these terms that are meant to survive termination — intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law — continue to apply.
10. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of Zodivia, nor for decisions taken in reliance on astrological content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — in particular liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any consumer right that applicable law grants you and does not permit to be waived.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service or the law changes. The date at the top of the page always shows the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights we will draw attention to it on the site before it takes effect, and continuing to use Zodivia after that point means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Jurisdiction is determined by the general rules of venue, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that the law of your own country of residence gives you, including your right to bring consumer claims where you live.
